Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information speed-to-lead.ai collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it.

Effective August 14, 2026

Who we are

speed-to-lead.ai is an AI lead-response service operated by Eudaimonic Enterprises LLC (“speed-to-lead.ai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We help home-service businesses reply quickly to inbound leads over text and email, qualify those leads, and hand them off to a person when it matters.

This policy applies to our websites at speed-to-lead.ai and outcomeswithai.com, our Operator application, and the lead-response service we provide to the businesses that use us.

Who this policy covers

Our service involves two groups of people, and we treat their information differently.

Operators are the businesses and their staff who sign up to use speed-to-lead.ai. For operator account information, we act as the business responsible for that data (a controller).

Leads are the people who contact an operator’s business and whose messages our service handles. We process lead information on behalf of, and under the instructions of, the operator (as a processor). The operator is responsible for having a lawful basis to contact its leads and for telling them how their information is used. If you are a lead and want your information accessed, corrected, or deleted, please contact the business you reached out to. We will support that business in honoring your request.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information.

  • Operator account information. When an operator creates an account, our authentication provider collects a name, email address, and the identifiers needed to sign in securely.
  • Lead and conversation data. To respond to leads, our service handles lead contact details (such as name, phone number, and email address) and the content of conversations, including text messages, emails, and the transcripts our AI generates while replying.
  • Connected service data. If an operator connects an outside service such as a Google Calendar, we receive an authorization to access only the data that service exposes for the feature in use, for example reading availability to schedule appointments.
  • Technical and usage data. Like most online services, we automatically collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, and log records, which we use to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
  • Marketing qualification and attribution data. If you complete a pilot fit check, we collect the business, lead-volume, ticket, margin, response-workflow, and connected system information you provide. We also retain campaign parameters and a pseudonymous browser identifier so we can connect an ad or page visit to a form, booked call, sales qualification decision, and pilot outcome.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide the lead-response service, including reading inbound messages, drafting and sending replies, qualifying leads, and scheduling;
  • authenticate operators and keep accounts secure;
  • operate, maintain, monitor, and improve the reliability and quality of the service;
  • provide support and respond to requests; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
  • evaluate acquisition experiments, attribute qualified leads and pilot outcomes to campaigns, and decide whether to continue, revise, or stop a market test;

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use lead conversation content for advertising.

AI processing of conversations

The core of our service uses large language models from Anthropic to read incoming messages and draft responses. Conversation content and the context needed to generate a reply are sent to Anthropic’s API for that purpose.

Anthropic does not use data submitted through its API to train its models. We send only the information needed to produce a useful reply, and access to that data inside our systems is limited to operating the service.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only in these situations:

  • Service providers. We use the vendors listed below to run the service. Each processes information only to provide its function to us.
  • With operators. Lead information is made available to the operator whose business the lead contacted.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or sale of assets.

Google user data

When an operator connects a Google account, we request access only to the scopes needed for the feature being used, such as reading calendar availability to schedule appointments. We access this data to provide that feature at the operator’s direction, and for no other purpose.

speed-to-lead.ai’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not allow humans to read it except where you give consent, where it is needed for security or to comply with law, or where the data is aggregated and anonymized. An operator can revoke our access at any time through their Google account settings or by disconnecting the integration.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as an operator’s account is active and as needed to provide the service. When an account is closed, we delete or anonymize the associated personal information within a reasonable period, unless we are required to keep it longer to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Operators can request deletion of their account data as described below.

For acquisition fit checks, we retain contact details, qualification answers, campaign attribution, and experiment outcomes for no more than 180 days unless the applicant asks us to delete them sooner or a longer period is required for a legal obligation. Browser-side pseudonymous identifiers and saved attribution reset after 30 days; the resulting experiment records may be retained for up to the 180-day period above. We delete or anonymize expired experiment records and do not load Microsoft Clarity on the fit-check, booking, confirmation, or internal experiment pages. If an applicant books through Calendly, Calendly also processes the booking record. A deletion request for the acquisition experiment covers both our local record and the corresponding Calendly invitee record, subject to any legal retention requirement described above.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls that limit who can reach customer data, and managed infrastructure for hosting and storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International data transfers

We operate in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where information is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Operators can exercise these rights, or ask questions about them, by contacting us at the address below. Acquisition fit-check applicants can contact us directly. Leads communicating with one of our operator customers should contact that business, which can direct us to act on its behalf.

Children’s privacy

Our service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
